PulseSensor AI and Agent Guide

This is the public starting point for people and AI agents that need official Pulse Sensor product, code, guide, and research information. All links work in an ordinary browser. Compatible browsers can also use five read-only WebMCP research tools.

WebMCP research tools

Open the live PulseSensor research gateway. A browser that supports document.modelContext.registerTool can discover and call these tools:

1. search_research — search the curated research catalog.
2. get_research_record — retrieve one exact record by ID.
3. list_research_topics — list the 36 catalog topics.
4. find_evidence_for_claim — check a claim against cited evidence.
5. get_pulsesensor_capabilities_and_limits — retrieve claims-safe product and measurement boundaries.

The gateway embeds catalog v1.0.0 with 54 records, so an agent without WebMCP can still read the page and use its canonical source links.

Commerce access

Shopping agents should read PulseSensor agent instructions and Shopify's UCP discovery document. Commerce tools are separate from the research tools. A shopper or their agent must review and authorize cart, checkout, account, and order actions.

Important limits

• Pulse Sensor is educational open-source PPG hardware, not medical equipment.
• A normal Pulse Sensor does not measure SpO2 or blood pressure.
• The research tools are read-only. They do not collect personal data or live PPG data, and they do not purchase, modify accounts, or send messages.
• WebMCP support is currently limited. Ordinary browsers and crawlers should use the readable links and embedded catalog instead.
